You are everything in your dreams

I had no idea what these words meant until I went to USM (study and practice of spiritual psychology).  I never gave too much credence to my dreams other than them not being in “English” and so convoluted. 

What I learned in school was that we are everything in our dreams!  The adventure is to figure out to interpret moments like a dream I had many years ago being in the shower with Sylvester Stallone, surrounded by floor to ceiling dark grey tiles, very steamy room (the shower, not us) or one where huge waves came in from all directions, like sideways and there were barricades built to keep them from coming into shore and they didn’t!  What?

Mirroring different aspects of ourselves back to us in order to figure out another way of understanding who we are can actually be fun!  We have all had the dreams when we think about someone and low and behold they call us the next day. However, though I am still very much the novice in working in this practice I do know that the idea is to help us uncover another way to become more self-aware.

Take looking in a mirror where we get an upfront personal look from the inside out as to what we are projecting Out and what projecting we are taking IN. As with our show on WinWinWomen.tv,  we named it “Imagine Something Better:  Inside out/Outside In” where my cohost, Charlie Lowe gets to talk about the outside world of finance and I talk about how we can become immediately aware of and perceive what happens when our feelings and daily experiences come up to remind us there is more than meets the eye as to who we are.

This Friday is our guest Dr. Kelly Sullivan Walden, KellySullivanWalder.com who is sometimes known as Dr. Dream  Kelly will be sharing her expertise over the past 20 years where she’s helped thousands of people, just like us, unlock healing messages from their dreams to improve relationships, careers, health, wealth and so much more.

Kelly will be giving us a Dreams 101 class answering questions like “What are dreams?  Where do they come from? What’s a good way to learn how to interpret them?  If we are everything in our dreams, how do we learn how to access their messages?” And time permitting we’ll give her part of a dream and see how the process works!!
