I have found that listing steps for progress helps me visually ease into taking charge and keeping a sense of order.
Over the past month, I finally discovered with the help of a lovely woman how to navigate TikTok as I have tried FB and IG for the past few years to little movement and growth in my business. I set an intention to do a 3-minute video daily about whatever comes to mind about self-awareness, consciousness, empowerment, life coaching, responsibility, bravery, figuring out who we are at a deeper level; how to bring our dreams into fruition, and learn in a simple way how to segue into practicing a new way of thinking. *Check me out at linktr.ee/imaginesomethingbetter
Below is the message in my latest video I posted and I thought that reaching out to my core group of blog readers you would be open to using this as a new teaching tool also.
Remember if all the explorers/inventors/scientists/dreamers continued to do their work in the same old manner we may still be living in caves.
The world is in turmoil. (I’m sorry to inform you of this!). According to many higher consciousness speakers, metaphysicians ie. astrologers, mediums, tarot readers, psychics, numerologists, politicians, scientists et al by simply looking at the energy in the world and the newest realities of that we have faced it is pretty safe to say that this cacophony of scenarios is not through with us yet.
With our changing society this is why we as individuals must get more grounded and familiar with who we are at a very intimate level. One way to do this we first must be willing to alter our perceptions and lead with a clearer intention using this mantra if you will… “To thine own self be true.”
Laying a foundation of love and commitment and then finding practices that will support us while integrating them into our daily life will be key in order to staying balanced when some other something comes in that will certainly rock our world.
So simple, so telling, try this little exercise and see what comes up. 7 Simple Steps to getting more focused on what’s up inside?
1. Have you imagined something better lately?
2. Is it on ‘repeat’?
3. Is this something new? Tell me more!
4. If it’s a repeat, have you yet to act on it and if so what have you done so far?
5. What is it that you see for yourself with this idea/dream?
6. What are you learning about yourself?
7. Are you ready to act on it now and if not, when?
This is a simple 15-minute exercise, though you can journal your heart out with it. And if it’s just 15 minutes know that it equates to 1.048 minutes in a 24-hour day so ask yourself if your future is worth the time.
